Our production capacity ranges from 20 to 8,000 kg per batch. We manufacture products of all textures: liquids, creams, lotions, milks, gels, salts, and ointments. We also offer hot fill.

Our tanks are equipped with heating and cooling systems as well as several types of agitators. The manufacturing room is equipped with a water purification system that offers different grades of water including USP grade for NHP and OTC products.

We offer cold-process technology to manufacture creams without the use of heat to maintain the highest efficacy of ingredients while minimizing your carbon footprint.

Our packaging department operates 8 filling lines that range from semi-automatic to fully automatic. The semi-automatic lines can be fully customized to your brand packaging needs, each of them with a filling range of 5,000 to 17,000 units per working shift.

We offer turnkey packaging capabilities ranging from jars, bottles, packets, pouches, sachets, sample vials, tubing, capping, labelling, coding, hot-fill packaging and shrink wrapping.
